Adam Nielsen - Managing Partner
Adam helps key clients with overall planning and his focus within the group is wealth management bringing over a decade of experience from top ranked firms including Citi Global Investment Research and Goldman Sachs Investment Research. Adam received his MBA from Fordham University with a BA from Campbell University. For four seasons, Adam was a PGA Golf Professional at Winged Foot Golf Club and Rye Golf Club in Westchester. He lives in Bronxville, New York with his wife and two children and enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and involvement with organizations that help better our communities.

Ben Mellin - Partner
Ben Mellin is a Partner at HighPath Advisors, LLC and a Vice President of the Tennessee Branch of Equitable Advisors. He is located in the Nashville, TN where he has a dualistic focus of optimizing strategies to address his client’s financial needs and developing upcoming financial advisors in the industry. He focuses his practice on holistic financial planning with an emphasis on investments, tax efficiency, cash flow optimization, retirement planning, and a host of additional financial items. His ultimate goal is improving client’s lifestyles and helping to reduce the stress of finances.
Prior to moving to Nashville, Ben was part of Capital Management Group, working in alliance with Equitable Advisors on their platform managing $3 billion in assets under advisement, and he was a VP in the NYC office of Equitable Advisors. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2016 with a double major in Political Science and Psychology and has completed the Retirement Planning Specialist Certificate at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business in 2018. Outside of work, Ben loves to travel, ski, and do early morning HIIT classes.

Ben Lubowitz - Vice President
Ben Lubowitz is a Vice President at HighPath Advisors. Ben cultivates relationships with key clients, bringing them through a comprehensive and highly customized planning process encompassing holistic financial planning, tax mitigation strategies, risk management and strategies for business owners.
Ben is originally from Harrison, NY and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He is a passionate professional sports fan and enjoys playing sports such as Golf, Basketball, and Tennis in his free time. Other passions of Ben include listening to podcasts, traveling, and spending time with his family. Beyond his personal interests, Ben is dedicated to improving the lives of others through his core values of compassion, integrity, and hard work.

Doug Rothman - Vice President
Doug develops relationships with the firm's core clients and advises them holistically on financial planning, retirement planning and more specific matters involving complex estate planning strategies, investment management, risk management within those investments and tax mitigation solutions.
Originally from Port Washington, NY and a graduate from the University of Wisconsin with a Major in Economics, Doug dedicates much of his spare time to advancing his fluency in current policy issues impacting the practice.
Doug is passionate about spending his leisure time skiing, playing golf, watching sports and exploring diverse cuisines. He finds joy in embracing new experiences and honing his skills in these activities. Beyond his personal interests, Doug takes pride in building lasting, meaningful relationships with both his clients and his community, fostering connections that create a positive and enduring impact.

Jessica Chen - Vice President, Client Services
Jessica is Vice President of Client Services at HighPath Advisors. In her role, Jessica facilitates client-financial advisor collaboration and our Client Concierge service offering.
Jessica has over a decade of global financial services industry experience across multiple disciplines. She has held roles in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Vancouver and New York with leading institutions including Bank of Montreal Global Asset Management, HSBC, and Dealogic.
A graduate of Simon Fraser University, Jessica received her BA in Economics in 2011. She enjoys spending time with her family as well as travelling and trying new culinary hot spots the city has to offer.
